- The main floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed and a 15" mattress. Each bedroom’s private bathroom has a walk-in shower.
UPSTAIRS (3 bedrooms one king bedroom + two bunk rooms):
- King bedroom with a 15" mattress and bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bunk 1 - sleeps six people with two queens, two twins, as well as a pack and play crib in the closet. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.
- Bunk 2 - sleeps eight people with eight twin beds (four bunks). The attached bathroom has a tub shower.
*There is sleeping space in beds for up to 20 total people. There are three rolled-up, thick sleeping mats that can be used on the floor to sleep 3 more people.

There are 5.5 total bathrooms (the powder bath is on the main floor). The bedrooms have four walk-in showers and one tub shower.
