This elegant 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with sleeping arrangements for 10. This condo is an end-unit, giving you the privacy and peace, and quiet you need. It has a spacious, covered patio with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for a relaxing night in Southern Utah. Right off the entryway is the master bedroom, equipped with a soaker tub, double vanity, and private access to the front balcony. Outside the master bedroom is the dining room and living room, with a sliding glass door to the patio. With this open-style floor plan, you can always stay close to your loved ones. Down the hall from the kitchen are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Watch a movie with your family on one of the 3 smart TV's located in this house, or play a game on the Mini-PC Game Console. During your stay at Coral Springs, you can enjoy Indoor/Outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, as well as a fitness center. Take a walk on some of the trails located right behind the condo, or play a game of golf across the street at one of the many golf courses in the area. Access
To avoid the four flights of stairs from the parking garage when unloading or loading belongings, we park by the mailbox for building B, north of dumpster. We then walk up the sloping sidewalk to the entrance to A-8 stairway where there are only two flights of stairs to reach the entry to A-8.
