This 7 bedrooms/ 8 bathroom home can accommodate up to 24 people comfortably with a king bed in 5 suites, a king and twin bunk bed in one suite, two triple tin bunk beds in the last suite, and 4 luxury memory foam sleeping pads in the common areas. Each room comes with its own TV with access to cable.

This was a fantastic place for our family reunion! Beautifully furnished and comfortable. The host did a great job of providing everything we needed for our four day stay. We had a large group and there was plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The fun pool and water park was only steps away and Snow Canyon with great hikes was near by.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great house well appointed, clean, comfortable, fantastic amenities within the development. Quiet neighborhood. This was a perfect spot for our team retreat (internet was fast and reliable, which is important for a business stay). Would definitely recommend it.

The home was very spacious and open. We loved the backyard with a table for games and the hot tub. Also liked that the kitchen was full of anything we could need. I for sure would go there again. Beautiful home!

We ended up with 6 families on our trip. There were king size beds for all 6 couples and plenty of space for the kids to sleep. The bunkroom has 6 beds and 2 small couches that pull out to twin beds. Also has an xbox in the bunk room which was nice for the kids to use a little, although they wanted to just be at the pool mostly. This place was the absolute perfect size for our group. The Kitchen is huge which was great for the meal prep, and plenty of "hang-out" area. Having a big TV/couch upstairs AND downstairs was great for kids to hang out upstairs, and adults downstairs. This house is right across the street from the amazing pool area and only a few minutes away from Snow Canyon hikes. The HUGE dining room table is amazing. We will definitely be back to this spot with our neighbor group and were suggesting it for our family reunion this year as well. The only complaint was that the satellite dish was finicky but honestly, we did very little TV watching so we didnt mind.

Every bedroom has its own unique flavor. Each of the rooms also have their own bathroom and TV which was great when you needed a little privacy. The overall feel of the house was really nice light and happy feeling. I heard our friends telling each other that this was the best place they have stayed at in St. George. The back patio is incredible with lights, firepit, and a hot tub. The kids loved roasting marshmallows and "swimming" in the hot tub. Feels brand new.

This place was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable for our whole softball team to hang out and get a good nights rest. I loved how they had many things available in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms so we never needed to do store runs for the little things.

We loved staying in this beautiful home!Its so close to snow canyon and a giant park, the pool was amazing and the house was stylish and had everything we needed. My kids loved the games, puzzles, books, foosball table, the bunk bed room and having our own private hot tub! The beds were so comfy we didnt ever want to get up! We will definitely be staying here again.

  • Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early check-in depends on availability and is $25.
  • Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 am. Late Check-out depends on availability and is $25. Check-out instructions will be provided in the unit.
  • Boat, Trailer, & RV Parking: There is a designated area for boat, trailer, and RV parking located on Paradise Village Circle on the far sides of the clubhouse and pools. Violators not parked in the designated will receive one warning by the property management company, and if violation is repeated, will be fined $300.
  • Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine.
  • No smoking or illegal drugs. The use of tobacco on the premises is NOT ALLOWED; evidence of smoking such as cigarette butts, ash, and/ or smell will result in, but is not limited to, a $300 fine. Use of illegal drugs will result in, but is not limited to, a $300 fine, immediate eviction from the property, and police involvement.
  • Please bring anything special required for your family needs. A few recommendations would be: beach towels, coffee, coffee filters and spices. There is a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, dish washing packs, toilet tissue, papers towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and laundry detergent. If additional toiletries are needed it is the guests' responsibility to provide additional items if the starter supply runs out. You do not need to replace toiletry items prior to your departure. If you use something of the owners, please replace it before leaving.
Red Sands Down Payment, Cancellation, and Insurance Policy
**Only applicable if booking directly through Red Sands Vacations; other third party sites such as VRBO/ HomeAway, Airbnb, TripAdvisor/ FlipKey, etc. will be subject to that specific site's cancellation policy.
  • A down payment equal to 50% of your reservation will be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • A cancellation 60 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in a 100% refund minus a $75 admin charge.
  • A cancellation 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in a 50% refund.
  • A cancellation 29 days or less will result in NO refund given.
  • Damage Protection - As a part of your stay, you may purchase a $45 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or Actual Cash Value of such property up to a maximum benefit $3,000.
