Our interactions with Red Sands could not have been more perfect! From the timely responses, to their going above and beyond in accommodating a scheduling bump on our end (that they technically didnt even need to take care of), to the most perfect stay in their gorgeous housing! We were pleasantly surprised that even the pictures dont do this beautiful place justice! Its stylishly comfortable, roomy, and stocked with all the conveniences youll need. We also loved the clubhouse, weight room, large heated pools and hot tubs, and the most beautiful view of the golf course, that you could literally walk onto. I wish Red Sands had a place in every location of our wish list destinations, we would always stay with them! They certainly have our future business in St. George Utah!!!

House is great, was nice being at the end of the street so you felt secluded but still only a quick walk to the pools. Had a few small issues at check in but Lizzie at Red Sands was quick to take care of it. They were very helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Will definitely stay at this house again if we come back to St. George.

The home was warm and welcoming encouraged family interaction with a great view & closely located to outdoor adventure. Only one suggestion, the Southern Utah Sun is relentless beyond 2000 and the family would totally benefit from some form of window blind/cover. Aside from that, our entire family appreciated our stay, would stay again & recommend to others.

When we arrived at the rental location, both the beautiful location and the interior furnishings, decor, and amenities knocked our socks off! The management company checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and we felt very well taken care of. We enjoyed our time both inside in luxury surroundings and outside, watching the sunset over the mountains on the lovely patio. We used this location as a home base for visits to Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park, Zion National Park, and Kanarra Falls. Wed rent this home again in a heartbeat!

It exceeded our expectations and we felt completely at home. This unit was at the end of a cultasac and close to the pools so it was a perfect location! We had a wonderful spring break with our family because of this place.

Convenient location, lots of room in condo, nice furniture, comfortable place to hang out! Love the patio for sitting, reading,same for living room! Pools are short walking distance, hot tubs the same, workout room too! Easy to get to anywhere in St. George, Zion, Bryce from here. Golf out your backdoor! What are you waiting for?!

This house was a great little getaway for the weekend. We took advantage of the pool across the street, and the golf course in the back yard. The house is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I do wish there were drapes on the big back sliding doors, the evening sun comes blazing in and it gets very bright and hot. Morning coffee on the patio was spectacular though. We did have quite a few tiny ants invade our groceries, and the last night we were there, a few cockroaches appeared. Those probably just need to be sprayed for. The kitchen is awkward with the stovetop right behind the fridge, and it gets pretty tight in there with more than one person trying to cook. Nothing major though. I think we would rent this house again, but maybe just for two of us.

This property is absolutely perfect for a big family or even two families. There is a master suite with a huge bathroom and GIANT walk in closet There is a comfortable patio with seating, BBQ, Weve seen lizards, jack rabbits, and even roadrunners right on the back porch!! The living room is spacious with comfortable, nice, furniture....and the VIEW!! You literally overlook the Coral Ridge Golf Course right out the back window. Its an awesome end unit with no one on the one side, and a two car garage with full drive way for parking. Its literally a 50 second walk from the front door to the pool, which has lots lots of seating, a covered shaded area, two pools, a hot tub, and is really a great facility. Youre 5 minutes from the Hurricane Wal-Mart and 10 min from restaurants and the mall. Its located on the north end of the St. George area, but youre not more than 15 minutes from anything (well...maybe 20 min to tuacahn.). Weve stayed here twice and its the best value weve found! .

We rented 1859 Saw Grass and had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was as it was advertised clean, quiet, beautiful setting with glorious vistas, very private. In dealing with Red Sands Vacation, Lizzy took great care and interest in us, which is what you want. First class all the way. We loved it so much we are booking for next year.

Lizzy was very great to work with. Funny personality and friendly. Very nice place with a view of the golf course at sunset. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Has a fireplace and a great selection of family friendly movies and games. Only "gripe" is the tv is a little small, but hey, who should be watching much tv on vacation anyway? ;) Master bathroom is SWEET! What Josh loved about your listing: Nice place and very clean. What Josh thinks you can improve: Nothing. Great to work with.

I am very pleased with the services rendered by Red Sands Vacations. My family and I have visited Zion National Park and its surroundings at least 4 - 5 times a year for the last 10 years. We have stayed in many different hotels. The last two times we have stayed in a Red Sands Vacations condo/homes in Washington City, Utah and I gotta say, we will definitely keep staying with Red Sands. Their vacation homes beat a hotel room by a long shot. Lizzy Ross has been extra helpful with our reservations and making sure that we are well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try.

We absolutely LOVED the place where we stayed (Coral Ridge). The home was large, well-maintainted and stocked, and had a great view. We stayed with our toddler, and they were very accomodating to provide us with a pack-n-play, and also a high chair. We would love to stay with Red Sands again, and Lizzy was a joy to work with. We decided to take a last minute family trip and needed to find the "perfect place" for our family on two days notice. Since we would be bringing our 5 year old, twin 1 year olds, 3 month old and our Nanny, we had a very specific list of "Must Haves" for our vacation property. The employees at Red Sands went out of their way to find the perfect place for us, that met all of our criteria, and they also made sure to deliver a pack-n-play and high chair before we arrived! We could not have been happier with the service they provided and the unit we stayed in. It really was perfect for us! Thank you for the great service and beautiful vacation property. I stayed with a group of 3 other friends at the spacious and comfortable house in Washington for a weekend of warm weather triathlon training. It has everything we needed and very easy to access from the freeway. There was plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms, so we each had our own bad (2 queens, and twins). The kitchen is stocked with the basics, great washer and dryer and very nice bathrooms. Its located close to the other houses and to the central pool house, which was nice because others in the group were staying nearby. Great back patio that overlooks golf course, very nice way to spend an active or relaxing weekend. Lizzy (our contact) was responsive to questions and very accommodating. Not within walking distance of dining or shopping, but easy to drive a few more miles and be in St. George, also more secluded and relaxing!

We stayed here with our infant son and another couple. Lizzy was amazing to work with and was very quick to respond for any questions we had. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house was well equipped for cooking and relaxing and the pools were great! We drove into Zion one day but the real star of the trip was Snow Canyon and the petrified dunes! Close by, no crowds and amazing views.

  • Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early check-in depends on availability and is $25.
  • Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 am. Late Check-out depends on availability and is $25.  Check-out instructions will be provided in the unit.
  • Boat, Trailer, & RV Parking: There is an empty lot along the outside of the Coral Ridge Community approved by the HOA to store any boats, trailers, RVs, ATVs, etc. Absolutely NO STREET PARKING.
  • Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in but is not limited to, a $500 fine.
  • No smoking or illegal drugs. The use of tobacco on the premises is NOT ALLOWED; evidence of smoking such as cigarette butts, ash, and/ or smell will result in but is not limited to, a $300 fine. Use of illegal drugs will result in but is not limited to, a $300 fine, immediate eviction from the property, and police involvement.
  • Please bring anything special required for your family needs. A few recommendations would be beach towels, coffee, coffee filters, and spices. There is a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, dishwashing packs, toilet tissue, papers towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and laundry detergent. If additional toiletries are needed it is the guests' responsibility to provide additional items if the starter supply runs out. You do not need to replace toiletry items prior to your departure. If you use something of the owners, please replace it before leaving.

Red Sands Down Payment, Cancellation, and Insurance Policy
**Only applicable if booking directly through Red Sands Vacations; other third-party sites such as VRBO/ HomeAway, Airbnb, TripAdvisor/ FlipKey, etc. will be subject to that specific site's cancellation policy.

  • A down payment equal to 50% of your reservation will be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • A cancellation 60 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in a 100% refund minus a $75 admin charge.
  • A cancellation 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in a 50% refund.
  • A cancellation 29 days or less will result in NO refund given.
  • Damage Protection- As a part of your stay, you may purchase a $45 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages that exceed $3000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or Actual Cash Value of such property up to a maximum benefit $3000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy. The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay Red Sands Vacation Properties any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Red Sands Vacation Properties directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment. If you decide to opt out of purchasing the $45 Vacation Rental Damage Protection, you will be required to pay a fully refundable $500 security deposit. This deposit can be held up to 7 days for Red Sands Vacations to assess the property after your departure for any damages. Excessive cleans may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Travel Protection - CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If not purchased, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants.
