How do I do an Owner booking?
- Go to your Owner Portal at Streamlinevrs.com and Login to your portal with the Username and Login you were assigned. (If you have not been assigned please call (435)-275-1653 and we will be happy to get you logged in)
- You could either click Quick book or the Key on the left side
- Reservation Type* This is where you put either an Owner booking or a Guest booking. The Owner Booking will only be charged for a Cleaning fee.
What If I do not want to be charged a cleaning fee and clean it myself?
- If you are not wanting to be charged a Cleaning fee please call (435)-275-1653 and we can take off the charge and notify the cleaners. We do have certain standards of each clean so we have a Condo checker check the property once you leave. (This can result to a small fee if they notice anything that isn’t done)
How do I see my bookings?
- Go to your Owner Portal at Streamlinevrs.com and Login to your portal with the Username and Login you were assigned. (If you have not been assigned please call (435)-275-1653 and we will be happy to get you logged in)
- Once in Portal click Summary reports this will take you to *Summary Report Settings*
- Select Date Type and the Beginning and End of the Report that you desire
How do I check my availability and my bookings?
- Go to your Owner Portal at Streamlinevrs.com and Login to your portal with the Username and Login you were assigned. (If you have not been assigned please call (435)-275-1653 and we will be happy to get you logged in)
- Once in Portal click on Availability Calendar
What does the colors mean on the Availability Calendar on your owner Portal?
- Light Blue- Owner Block
- Red- Maintenance Block
- Light Green-Booking from Red Sands Website
- Yellow-Booking from Airbnb
- Dark Purple- Booking from HomeAway
- Dark Green-Booking from Trip Advisor
What does the Red color mean on the Availability Calendar on Redsandsvacations.com page?
- Red- means that the property is available to be booked
- Grey- means that it’s booked
What if my description is wrong on my listing?
- If you notice anything that is wrong with your listening please don’t hesitate to call. Our Owner Service are available 9am-5pm and would be happy to assist you. (435)-275-1653
How do you do your pricing for bookings
- We work with a Beyond Pricing -Automated Dynamic Pricing tool which is the most popular Pricing tool that increases revenue up to 90%.
What if I need my property inventory updated?
- Please call (435)-275-1653
What do I do if I cannot find my property on Airbnb?
- If your listing just became live it will take 2 days to appear on our third parties. If it has been 2-3 please call (435)-275-1653 and we will look into it or send you an URL of your listening.
When will I receive my Statement?
- Your statement could come between the 1st-10th of every month by email if you did not receive your statement please check your trash or achieves. If you still have not received your statement please call (435)-275-1653
What if I find something broken in my property?
- Call (435)-275-1653 and we will get it resolved
What days should I not do an Owner block?
- We suggest to not do any bookings during major holidays. Valentines Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, 4th of July, Christmas are busy booking days.
