It is located 5 minutes from Sand Hollow state park and golf course, and 40 minutes from Zion National Park. This location is a fabulous springboard for fun in the St. George area!
This brand-new property includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 14 guests, but with the addition of 1 pull-out couch, 1 Murphy bed, and 1 trundle bed, it sleeps 20 guests. Cook a delicious breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a waffle maker station in the walk-in pantry, or enjoy a barbeque by the hot tub. Have fun with the family watching a movie in the living room, playing the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation in the upstairs loft, or playing air hockey, foosball, the basketball arcade, or ping pong in the garage game room. This property has fun and comfort on every level! The main house is above the mother-in-law suite, and due to its location, there could be noise from the basement.
